Lisa Narrell-Mead has a distinguished and experienced background in corporate management,  private law practice, and business development. As a seasoned corporate executive, she has had direct management over all areas of human resources and employment law, board governance and compensation committee, facilities management, vendor management, internal communication and corporate security. She has extensive corporate management experience including organizational design, budgeting, regulatory relations, team building and mergers and acquisitions. In the private practice of law, Lisa concentrated in employment law, representing clients' large and small. Those experiences have made Lisa adept at finding solutions to workplace problems.

 

     Narrell-Mead is passionate about improving the work environment for employees as well as employers.    She believes strongly that providing a safe reporting outlet for employees is a critical component for improving the work environment.

 

OUR VISION

     TELLUS Hotline is a woman-owned business/minority vendor that was started by Lisa Narrell-Mead, Esq, a 28 year employment attorney who has handled litigation, conducted hundreds of investigations, and managed employee relations/hotlines/investigations for a fortune 500 company.  Narrell-Mead has seen how independent reporting avenues that allow employees a secure, confidential third party able to receive concerns result in a higher likelihood of reporting, reducing the duration of unethical behaviors and the resulting financial burden upon the employer.

     TELLUS reports the received concerns to the business, which can then investigate promptly and take necessary remedial action, protecting its employees’ and  the businesses’ interests.
