ABOUT US

TELLUS Hotline is a third party ethics hotline that provides a safe and anonymous option for reporting a variety of employee concerns, such as issues relating to finance, compliance, ethics, conflicts of interest, discrimination, harassment, sexual assault and/or violence, and retaliation. Employers will learn of unethical behavior sooner, not later, so they can put an end to fraud and misconduct efficiently, ethically, and cost-effectively. This will help prevent events from spiraling out of control, averting lawsuits or costly fraudulent behavior.

OUR EXPERIENCE

TELLUS Hotline is a woman-owned business/minority vendor that was started by Lisa Narrell-Mead, Esq, a 28 year employment attorney who has handled litigation, conducted hundreds of investigations, and managed employee relations/hotlines/investigations for a fortune 500 company.  Narrell-Mead has seen how independent reporting avenues allow employees a secure, confidential third party able to receive concerns result in a higher likelihood of reporting, reducing the duration of unethical behaviors and the resulting financial burden upon the employer.
